What to Expect

This is your time! We will usually start with a poem or reading that I have chosen especially with you in mind. This is followed by a period of intentional silence, as we invite God or the Divine as you understand them to join us. Then, the rest of the time (about 45 minutes) is yours to use as you like!

I can guide us through a period of reflection or sit back and be a supportive presence as you express doubts or insights and move into a space of deeper understanding of yourself as a beloved spiritual being.
