Recovery-focused Spiritual Direction
A relationship personalized for your sober journey
You are not alone
One of the first things we learn in recovery is that this is not a solo journey. In our addiction we learned to be self-reliant; we isolated ouselves from those who sought to love and help us. To get better, something needs to change...and that something is everything! You have been surviving, but now you have the opportunity to thrive!

A unique companion
You may have a therapist, a 12-step sponsor, and sober supports. This may have been enough for you in the past, but now you want to grow and deepen your relationship with a higher power. You want spiritual accountability. You want a trusted friend who has their own deep spiritual practice and understands the unique struggles that come with a sober life to share the spiritual highs and lows in your life.
This is the purpose of spiritual direction!
